After retiring from their position as CEO for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes' Duck Valley Indian Reservation, Willliam Van Lente, '69, has decided to resume management consulting. William's areas of concentration are strategic human resource management, organizational planning and development, change management, leadership and team development, with past work in healthcare, public health, pre-K through 12 and higher education, R & D, state county and Native American government, financial services, manufacturing, community social services non-profits, and recreation/tourism, especially ski resorts and guest ranching. William's role has been as a key member of the executive team, an internal consultant, or external independent consultant and contractor.
