Rosie's House, in Phoenix, AZ, is one of the largest free afterschool programs nationwide. The organization offers high quality music lessons and instruments to students from low-income families. By doing so, these students are learning discipline and leadership skills, gaining hope and a sense of community, and reaching their full potential. As the organization's first Advancement and Marketing Director, I am helping grow the organization by ensuring financial sustainability and branding awareness.
