Dr. Van Lente accepted the position as Operations and Program Director for Wisdom Ranch, a gap year residential vocational school on a working cattle ranch in SE Idaho. The position is part-time allowing Van Lente to continue independent consulting services, applying his background in strategic human resource management, organizational and leadership development, change management, and healthcare system administration. Van Lente has served diverse organizations to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness in healthcare, Native American Tribal, state and county government, public health, research & development, financial services, pre-K through 12 public and higher education, recreation and tourism, especially ski resorts. He has also taught graduate students in human resources and organizational development as an adjunct faculty member.
