Michael Meshinski and Shelby (Falkenhagen) Meshinski met during their senior year at GVSU & have been inseparable ever since. They moved to Louisville, KY in 2021 for Shelby's medical residency program, but returned to Grand Rapids this fall to celebrate their marriage surrounded by friends, family, and fellow GVSU alumni. Five of Michael's groomsmen were his lacrosse teammates from Grand Valley and Shelby's best friend from GVSU stood by her side as well. They plan to return to Grand Rapids following completion of Shelby's residency in the next few years.
