Katie Arnold, '18, is a Real Estate Professional with The Boulevard Company serving home buyers and sellers in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Katie offers a unique background of customer service, property management, luxury vacation rental management, and real estate investing. Shortly after graduating with a bachelors in communications and a minor in non-profit administration, she began her Property Management career in the multi-family industry. Right off the bat, she had immense success with clients, and received the honor of being awarded Top Leasing Agent of the Year within the company. Katie then transitioned into Luxury Vacation Management where she managed vacation rentals and client's second homes on the Isle of Palms. Her passion for helping clients find their first home, a vacation property, an investment property, or sell their long term home has led her to become a now Real Estate Professional. Born and raised in Michigan, Katie moved to the Lowcountry in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the diverse architecture and landscape of the city. In her free time, you can usually find her baking, spending time with her husband, walking their Goldendoodle, and renovating their first home!
