Veronica Kirin, '09, runs her own company called, Veronica Kirin, Inc., which recently became the first company in Grand Rapids to be certified by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. This is a Fortune 500 certification that draws the attention of businesses nation-wide that are interested in diversifying their business partnerships. I am proud of this certification and want to help other businesses in Grand Rapids certify so our city becomes a magnet for Fortune 500 partnerships and diversity.
