Join Elisa Salazar, Grand Valley's Work Life Consultant, and fellow Lakers for a conversation about self-reflection. Using a car as a metaphor, check-in with yourself and bring attention to your needs. Ask yourself questions like “how full is my tank?” and “how fast am I going?” as a way to self-reflect, share in a non-judgmental way, and to build community and support.
Digital Dialogues begin with a brief presentation followed by a group
discussion. Registration is free but limited to 20 participants. So
