So often the person with the title does not demonstrate true leadership. What do we do when we notice the people in power extinguishing our flame?
Join Grace Tummel in a discussion on leadership and reframing our understanding of what it truly is, a process not a position. We will discuss how leadership shows up in our day-to-day, steps we can take to continually develop, and ways to elevate true leadership from wherever we are in our organizations.
