Preferred Rate will provide a discount of up to $1998 off of mortgage lender fees when Preferred Rate is used to close a new home purchase transaction. If Preferred Rate is used for the purchase of a new home, we will also provide a discount up to $1500 off of lender fees if the buyer decides to refinance in the future. Additionally, Preferred Rate will provide up to $750 off of a refinance transaction closed with us if another lender was used for the purchase transaction. Refinance discounts cannot be combined. This discount is only available through the Grand Rapids Preferred Rate location and must be completed through Aaron Schoonover as Branch Manager.
