Alumni Guest Speaker Thank You Gift Request

Faculty and staff members can use this form to request a thank-you gift or card for an alumni guest speaker (virtually or in-person) in their class or at an event.

GIfts can be picked up at the Alumni House, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. With notice we can usually deliver the gift to your on -campus office prior to the event, or we can mail the gift directly to the alumni volunteer. (If we will be mailing the gift, we ask that you confirm the volunteer's address with them before submitting.)

NOTE: An alumni guest speaker will receive a gift for their first speaking engagement, and a thank-you card each time thereafter.

We ask that you complete this form at least two business days in advance. If the alumni speaking engagement/event is in less than two business days, please call the Alumni Relations office directly at 331-3590.

Alumni Relations works to accurately track all alumni volunteer activity on campus so we can ensure that all alumni volunteers are included in our appreciation efforts and so that we can measure and report the impact alumni have on current students.
