Webinar Description:
Every interaction is shaped by the person we bring into the room.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how our perceptions,
patterns, strengths, and stress responses influence the way we
communicate, lead, and experience others. Through reflection and
conversation, participants will consider how self-awareness can create
greater choice, strengthen relationships, and help us lead with
greater intention. The goal isn’t to change who we are—it’s to become
more aware of the impact we have and more intentional about how we
show up.
