Soon after I retired from 30 years as a high school counselor & learning that I still had a desire to work in the helping professions, I discovered my new passions of Reiki & Life Coaching! After training in both, I decided to open my own business & offer my services. Reiki is a hands on, subtle, & gentle, yet powerful, spiritual healing work that brings relaxation & peace to the client. This in turn can benefit the immune system, assist with pain management, reduce anxiety, & relieve emotional trauma & stress. It can be used as a complement to psychological or western medicine treatments or on its own for stress reduction. It can also be given by distance. In my Life Coaching practice I assist my clients in navigating through the process of change & integration of change, whether it is circumstantial such as loss, or self initiated such as a personal goal. I offer a safe place of support, reflection, & encouragement, so that the client may grown in her or his unique way, with self care & learning to love & value oneself in the process.
