Resources for Adult Students

As an adult or non-traditional student, we welcome you at GVSU to achieve your academic and personal goals, and we're here to help along the way.

Whatever your educational goals, we understand that as an adult you have concerns that are larger than just academic preparation.  You might be thinking about balancing school and employment, child care, or changing careers.  Sometimes you know exactly where you're headed and what questions you have, and sometimes you need to talk through some of the options and concerns and don't even know where to start, wherever you're at, we have advisors here to help. We understand that without the assistance you need, going to college as an adult can be difficult and we want to provide you the necessary tools you need to be successful.

Congratulations on the steps you’re taking toward your education!
