PIC sends Host University application instructions to student

Student completes online ESSCA application

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from February to April

Register for IS 380 in Banner

By April 1

ESSCA sends email notification of acceptance to student. Once students receive acceptance, they can purchase their flight.

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)

Late April

Travel to France

Early June

Return to US

Early July

ESSCA sends transcript to GVSU
