Isaiah Garcia

Isaiah Garcia is a first-year graduate student pursuing a Master of Social Work. He graduated from Grand Valley in 2019 with a double major in psychology and philosophy. Isaiah is the current president and one of the co-founders of GVSU's Esports Club.
“I was motivated to get involved because I had a strong vision of
what this club should be. I remember wanting to make a club of this
kind since my first year at GV,” says Isaiah of founding the club in
2018. In a short time the club has grown from 20 members to over 400,
all dedicated players interested in a variety of different Esports.
Isaiah is truly proud of the legacy he’s been able to leave at
Grand Valley and has been greatly impacted by his involvement with
