Alyssa Bey

Alyssa Bey is a senior at GV majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Business. She is the president of Women’s Club Basketball as well as a member of the Sports Management Club.
Alyssa says that through these organizations, she has found lasting friendships and gained experiences she doesn’t think she would have had otherwise. As president of Club Basketball, she has developed management and leadership skills that will help her in her future sports management career. Additionally, Sports Management Club has allowed her to travel to different athletic facilities and meet people from the Detroit Pistons, NCCA, and more. Each of these experiences has helped fuel her passion for her major and could be used to boost her resume and impress future employers.
Having always had a passion for sports and for basketball, Alyssa knew she wanted to continue playing in college. Joining Women's Club Basketball has allowed her to "stay in shape and travel around the country" with a team that she loves.
