GVSU Designated as Voter Friendly Campus

The Campus Vote Project has officially declared Grand Valley to be a “Voter Friendly Campus” for the 2019-2020 school year. GVSU continues to make it as easy as possible for students to obtain the necessary information and get registered to vote.  The “Voter Friendly Campus” title is an honor awarded to select schools and institutions that have gone above and beyond to encourage students to get involved politically.

The GVSU Community Service Learning Center (CSLC) works hard to help students get involved in the democratic process and understand the importance of making their voices heard. The CSLC hosts many impactful events each year such as voter registration drives. The CSLC has provided students with many useful resources that have helped make GV the “Voter Friendly Campus” that it is today.

Because of this distinction, the Campus Vote Project will be providing Grand Valley with even more resources and guidance to make sure that voting is as easy as possible for GV students. More information about voting at GVSU can be found on the CSLC website.
