Duties of Volunteer
Here are two ways you can participate: 1) Volunteer: Join a group that has already organized an Adopt-a-Beach" cleanup. Find an open event near you at www.greatlakesadopt.org. In addition to picking up debris, volunteers record what they find to help guide education and solutions. 2) Lead: You can become a team leader and coordinate your own event at your favorite beach. Team leaders help to recruit volunteers, coordinate the day of the event and submit results from their event online.
