How do you actively pursue your wellness?
Lately, I have been trying to take advantage of the extra time at home that I don't normally have. I have been trying new things to explore all the dimensions of wellness.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
I love being outside and have been making sure to get out for at least a little bit every day! I also think it is important to listen to what the stress is trying to tell you. Sometimes it's going for a run outside, a living room yoga session, a healthy meal, or a quick nap.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
Health is everything to me. Being well and healthy is being happy!
