How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I prioritize my wellness by setting aside time for myself. I try to be proactive instead of only pursing mental and emotional health when I am already stressed.

What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Exercise, call a friend, make some tea, and write down how I feel!

What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
I want to be able to help others in their wellness and be a supportive friend! I can't do that If I am not in a place of wellness myself!
