"I unplug to focus on what is in front of me and to give my self some time to appreciate where I am at the moment. I unplug by leaving my electronics and distractions away from me and take time to go outside and connect with the people I treasure in my life. Spending less time on social media allows me to free my head and to focus on things that are positively impacting my life outside of the tech move.
