"I participate in Campus Recreation services because I like to have structure and someone else to challenge me during workouts, due to the fact I am a former athlete. Also, why worry about what my workout should be when I can attend any GroupEx class with the GroupEx pass?
My involvement with Campus Recreation has impacted my experience at GVSU because being a new addition to the Campus Rec office, I never realized how much Campus Recreation influenced student retention and experience. GVSU Campus Recreation also provides many opportunities to help faculty/staff and students strive towards a healthy lifestyle.
I believe that everyone should encourage each other to use physical activity as a lifestyle in order to help stay healthy."
