The Promotions Office provides the 3 following types of headshot sessions:

• Studio Headshots (for groups)
• Environmental Headshots (for groups)
• $5 Studio Headshots (for individuals)

Note for faculty/staff: If you are looking for formal faculty/staff studio portraits, please contact University Communications to schedule a session. 

• Rate: $100/hour (1 hour minimum)
• Headshots taken with a professional lighting and backdrop
• Services are provided at our office (Kirkhof Center 0008)
• Up to 40 individuals can get their photos taken per hour (estimated)
• Photos available 1 week after session
• Link sent to main contact for easy digital download
• Ideal for Student Organizations or departments hosting professional development events who want to provide professional headshots

Additional Options & Pricing

• We can provide studio headshots at a location of your choice:
  • Allendale Campus, add $50
  • Grand Rapids Campuses (or within 15 miles of Allendale Campus), add $100
• Light digital retouching available for $15/image

Group $5 Studio Headshot Option

• If a student organization or department is looking to provide headshots for their group but don't want to do a full hour or want to provide more flexibility with session timing, we can create a promo code for your group!
• Codes can be used to reserve a time at any scheduled session.
• Groups will be charged for each reservation made (including for no-shows).
• Please contact us if you'd like to set this up for your group!

• Stylized portraits taken with professional lighting
• A pre-meeting is required at least 1 week before a scheduled shoot with one of our photographers to discuss your shoot
• Services are provided at our office (Kirkhof Center 0008)
• Photos available 1 week after session
• Link sent to main contact for easy digital download
• Ideal for sports teams

A rush fee of $25 will be applied to service requests submitted less than 10 business days in advance of the event.

We reserve the right to decline a request that is submitted late or for requests which are outside of our capacity to provide a quality service.
