We are a group of motivated individuals with a creative mindset who produce a professional product. We provide opportunities for departments, organizations, and events to get their message out to the community. We accomplish this by creating a variety of services including event taping, commercials, b-roll, presentation aid, and more.

Services We Offer

With all video projects, we want to setup an initial meeting with you to discuss the process, content, and expectations. Completing a service request will begin this process. Following that meeting we'll provide you a project overview and quote.

Standard Coverage [Rate: $35/hr] 

  • Photos available 48-72 hours after event
  • Link sent contact for easy digital download

Standard Package [Cost: $100]

  • One-hour event coverage for archival purposes on the Allendale Campus
  • Single camera/single microphone or provided press feed
  • Media available two weeks after event. One DVD is included in package if requested. 

Live Streaming Package [Cost: $300]

  • One-hour event coverage live online
  • Single camera/single microphone or provided press feed
  • Additional planning is required prior to event

Overflow Video Package [Cost: $ 250]

  • One-hour of video displayed to additional overflow room adjacent to main event
  • Single camera/single microphone or provided press feed
  • This service is provided in collaboration of Event Services and available in the Kirkhof Center and Loutit Lecture Halls
  • Additional planning is required prior to event

Other/Specialty Package [Cost: Quote Provided]

  • If one of our other packages doesn't fit your needs, we can help!
  • Fill out this request and we'll setup a time to discuss coverage for your event

Additional Coverage [Rate: $50/hr]

Will your event last longer than an hour? We provide additional coverage based on an hourly rate.

Downtown Campus Event [Cost: $30]

We're based out of Kirkhof in Allendale. Events on the Pew Campus or in CHS incur a $30 surcharge.

Off-Campus Event [Cost: Varies]

We'll confirm costs associated with traveling to the event off-campus prior to your event.

Additional DVDs [Cost: $5/each]

One complementary DVD is included in our standard package. You can purchase additional copies. 

Include Media [Cost: $35]

We'll edit in PowerPoint slides or other presentation aids into the presentation when appropriate.

Closed Captioning [Cost: Varies]

NOTE: This is required for posting videos on YouTube. Varies on length of event. Takes 3-5 days to process and upload.
