Move-In Information

Move-in will take place on June 28th from 1:00–3:00 PM.

Individual arrival times and housing placements will be shared at a later date, and participants should plan to arrive during their assigned window.

A packing list is available to help you prepare. Additional details will be shared closer to the program start.

Please note: There is a one-car limit per student for move-in. Additional vehicles will be turned away, so plan to bring only what can fit in a single car.

Welcome Program

The OWS Summer Bridge Welcome Program will be held on June 28th from 5:00–6:30 PM in the Grand River Room (2250 Kirkhof Center).

Join us to kick off the program, meet fellow participants, and connect with staff.

Dinner will be provided, and each student may bring up to two guests.

We look forward to celebrating the start of your Summer Bridge experience!

Materials and Textbooks

All program materials and textbooks will be provided upon arrival, so there is no need to purchase anything in advance.
