Natalie leads the GVSU Talent Management team in strategy and initiatives related to the full employee lifecycle. This includes programs and initiatives around talent acquisition, organizational culture, talent philosophy, leadership development, and performance management. She has helped to establish key programs and initiatives including using a strengths-based approach through the CliftonStrengths® assessment for faculty and staff and developing foundational leadership development programming with Leading Lakers.

Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in communication from Michigan State University, a master's in administration from Central Michigan University, and is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, boxing, and taking her pup, Daisy, on walks around Millennium Park.
