Natalie assists in the creation and maintenance of the GVSU Talent Management strategy and initiatives related to organizational culture, talent philosophy, leadership development, and performance management. She acts as the HR lead for the development and execution of talent and leadership development programs and initiatives, including CliftonStrengths® and Leading Lakers.

Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in communication from Michigan State University, a master's in administration from Central Michigan University, and is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, boxing, and taking her pup, Daisy, on walks around Millennium Park.
