HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION THROUGH EVENT SERVICES:

There are four ways to make a reservation for space on the Allendale Campus; online, walk-in, call, or email. Go to the How To Make A Reservation tab for further details. 

WHAT IS EMS?

EMS is our reservation system that permits organizations and departments to submit reservation requests online. Go to the EMS WebApp How To's on directions to create an account and submit a request.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE SPACE?

Registered Student Organizations can make room reservations on a semester basis. 

WHAT IS THE GROUNDS AND FACILITIES USE POLICY?

WHAT EXPRESSIVE ACTIVTY IS ALLOWED?

WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL SOMETHING ON CAMPUS?

The Commercial Use policy has more information on what is and isn't allowed on campus.

DOES MY RESERVATION IN THE KIRKHOF OR COOK-DEWITT CENTER INCLUDE AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT?

Audiovisual equipment is available in the Kirkhof and Cook-DeWitt Centers. Standard items like a microphone, laptop, and data projector are available upon request. There are no charges for equipment requested by student organizations and GVSU campus departments.

HOW DO I RESERVE A TABLE IN THE KIRKHOF CENTER LOBBY?

Kirkhof Center lobby tables are available to student organizations and must be reserved through Event Services. You must specify the type of event (fundraiser, bake sale, sales & solicitation, etc.).

Information Tables

• Only four student organization representatives per information table
• Information tables reservations are limited to a three-hour time block
• Alternatives to Kirkhof Center lobby tables include social media, virtual platforms, and outdoor locations
• Reservations can be made via email to [email protected]
