• Reservations can be made 365 calendar days in advance.
• Be prepared to provide setup information in order to confirm your reservation.

Off-Campus Clients

• Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
• Room cost covers the setup of the room (tables and chairs).  Additional charges will be incurred for any audiovisual or catering requested.  A 6% sales tax will be added to the room cost.
• 10% discount is offered to students, faculty/staff, and alumni of Grand Valley State University. The 10% discount applies to the room cost only; audiovisual equipment is not discounted.
• To confirm your room reservation, a deposit of 50% of the room cost, along with a signed rental contract, must be provided within 10 business days of your initial request. 
• Event Services will hold your room for 10 days without payment.
  • A tentative hold is not confirmed until proper payment and a signed contract have been received. Payment  and contract must be made within 10 days.
  • After 10 days, the reservation will be canceled if no payment has been made.
