Reset Room Grand Opening Downtown

Please join Recreation & Wellness along with the Student Nurses Association and the DPT Students as we pilot a movement and relaxation space for students on the Health Campus!

The Reset Room will have spaces for students to relax, color, destress or get light movement with yoga mats and a small variety of workout equipment like free weights and exercise bands. We will also host several of Recreation & Wellness’ fitness and wellness services and programs in the space like UFIT, Wellness Coaching, Wellness Navigators and Group Exercise Classes!

During the grand opening:

Tour the space
Sign up for services and group ex classes
Prize drawing
Refreshments

Location Information

The Reset Room is located in room 490 of the Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences building on the Downtown Health Campus.
