The Accounting Career Fair provides Grand Valley State University accounting and finance students and alumni with an opportunity to connect with recruiters from local, regional, national, and international public accounting firms and companies before applying for internship and full-time employment opportunities. These events are open to all students and alumni, especially those considering a career in corporate accounting/finance or in public accounting. We encourage freshmen and sophomores to attend to explore possible future career options.

How do I participate in this event?
All GVSU students and alumni pursuing Accounting, Finance, and MIS are invited to participate in this event. To do so you will need to:

Activate and complete your Handshake profile. Set your profile to public.
Attend the event on September 15 in the Seidman College of Business.

How do I prepare for the event?

Drop by the Career Center's CareerLab to ask questions or if you need help preparing your resume, elevator pitch, interviewing skills, etc.
Schedule an appointment with Lori Staggs or Katie Cwiakala, your career advisors, in Handshake.
