Hi everyone, 

If you're getting ready to finish up your MSE degree requirements this semester, here is a non-exhaustive checklist that you should definitely look at! 

For those completing EGR 695: Master's Thesis:

• Did you attend a Thesis/Project workshop?
• Did you submit a Thesis/Project Committee Formation Form for review to the Engineering Graduate Committee?
• Did you get confirmation about approval from the Graduate Program Director?
• Did you also get confirmation from the Graduate School of the approval or your Thesis Committee?
• Did you check the deadlines for defending your Thesis/Project for the semester? If you need an extension, contact Trista Shumway in the Graduate School.
• Did you send your thesis information to me so I could get the announcements out at least a week in advance? Here's where you can download the announcement form to send me.
• Have you contacted Hannah Noorman in the engineering office to reserve a room for your defense date at least a week in advance?
• Is your Thesis documentation is an approved style as required by the Graduate School?
• Did you apply to graduate?

For those completing EGR 693: Master's Project:

• Did you attend a Thesis/Project workshop?
• Did you submit a Thesis/Project Committee Formation Form for review to the Engineering Graduate Committee?
• Did you get confirmation about approval from the Graduate Program Director?
• Did you check the deadlines for defending your Thesis/Project for the semester? If you need an extension, send me an email copying your Project committee chair.
• Have you contacted Hannah Noorman in the engineering office to reserve a room for your defense date at least a week in advance?
• Did you apply to graduate?

For those completing EGR 686: Capstone Design Project

• Did you and your project advisor agree on the project deliverables and pick a date for your final presentation?
• Have you contacted Hannah Noorman in the engineering office to reserve a room for your presentation date at least a week in advance?
• Did you apply to graduate
