PNH 621 - Administrative and Regulatory Law
An intensive study of administrative and regulatory law as it relates to the public sector. Requirements for, and limits on, the exercise of power by elected and appointed officials and the liability of public managers are covered. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: PNH 520 or PNH 630 (may be taken concurrently).
