FIT 156 - Zumba

This course focuses on knowledge, skills and application of Zumba. Zumba fuses body strengthening movements with Latin music. Routines feature aerobic interval training and combines fast and slow rhythms. Course also incorporates resistance training to improve muscle fitness. Course is graded credit/no credit. Offered fall and winter semesters.
