FIT 145 - Total Body Strength

This course focuses on strengthening various muscle groups using personal body weight and equipment such as hand weights, bands, bars, tubes, balls, and gliders. Instruction includes function and proper use of muscle groups, body awareness and mechanics, and techniques to improve muscle endurance and function. Course is graded credit/no credit.
