PAS 542 - Clinical Problem-Solving Sessions I

This first course in a three-part series develops PAS students' clinical problem-solving and decision-making skills through problem-based learning. It integrates foundational sciences to support patient assessment, diagnostics, therapeutic planning, and preventive care while emphasizing teamwork, communication, patient advocacy, and public health to address diverse healthcare challenges and enhance outcomes. Offered winter semester, or as approved by the program director. Prerequisite: Admission to the physician assistant studies program.
