SCI 495 - Teaching Science in the 21st Century

A study of how four key science disciplines - biology, chemistry, earth science and physics - can be integrated into effective curriculum for teaching science in K-8 classrooms. Constructivist and inquiry-based science techniques are emphasized. The course is the Capstone for the integrated science major. Prerequisites: Senior standing and SCI 319.
