Dr. Jason Lazor

Jason Lazor, DO specializes in non-operative sports medicine and is dual board certified in Family Medicine.  Dr. Lazor earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He completed his family medicine residency at Susquehanna health/Williamsport family medicine residency, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and completed his sports medicine fellowship with Michigan State University in East Lansing. 

Dr. Lazor is the team physician for the Midwest United Football Club, Davenport University, Medial liaison for West Michigan Whitecaps, Wayland High School, East Kentwood High School and Hudsonville Hight school.  He also serves as the program director for the Orthopedics at Work program, Associate Medical Director for the Amway River Bank Run and Clinical Advisor for Michigan State University Grand Rapids Medical School. He has worked with multiple universities including Penn State University, University of Minnesota and University of Utah.  He served as a physician for the Little League World Series in Williamsport PA.  He has experience in acute care at Park City Ski Resort in Utah. 

Dr. Lazor’s Clinical interest includes non-operative musculoskeletal conditions in children and adults.  This includes strains, sprains, dislocations, arthritis and many other sport and no-sport related injuries of the ligaments, joint and muscles.  He also provides expertise in interventional ultrasound medicine, performance and running medicine, sports related concussion management, and fracture care.
