GVSU Athletics has an on-campus partnership with the Alcohol & Other Drugs Services (AOD) office to provide educational offerings and support to those students struggling with substance use.  Through this partnership our athletic teams receive annual education from the AOD office to build awareness on the impact of substances and athletic performance and now to make safe, informed decisions. We also partner with the AOD office to provide intervention and screening for those individuals who violate the institutional drug & alcohol policy.
