1. Banner 9 Screen Updates

As many have already discovered, the screen access for many of the “old” Banner screens has been updated based on the continued implementation of Banner 9. Based on numerous requests from our units, Records has recently added a link to the student address – here are the steps to take:

  • Access a student record via the Advising Profile by entering the name, G-number, or email address

  • Click on the underlined Student Name at the top right of the screen. The student email, address and phone number will be displayed.

2. Preparing a Successful Sabbatical Application Workshop and Q&A Sessions

The University Sabbatical Review Committee will host a virtual two-hour workshop on preparing a successful sabbatical application on May 18 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. This interactive presentation will explore pre-planning, writing to address the University criteria, developing effective objectives, and creating a realistic work plan. The workshop will be recorded and made available for faculty as a prerequisite for two additional Q & A sessions to be held on June 7 and 16. Additional workshop information is available on the CSCE website; registration is available in Sprout
