What Systems is Workday Replacing?
Finance and HR activities currently performed in Banner Finance and related systems will transition to Workday when Workday Core Platform goes live in January 2024. A list of some of the most common activities and systems expected to be impacted are found below. Additional information will be added as it becomes available.
Systems not related to Finance and HR activities are not expected to be impacted. For instance, activities related to financial aid, student accounts, and student records will remain in Banner Student at this time.
Additionally, although activities are moving out of some systems, this does not necessarily mean the system will no longer be used at GVSU. Examples include Argos and OnBase.
