Santo Domingo is at once a bustling urban center and a relic of the Spanish Caribbean colonial past.

*2024 PROGRAM* QUITO, ECUADOR - ¡Bienvenidos a Ecuador! Students will explore and experience the ecology and biodiversity of the cloud forest ecosystem of the equatorial Andes Mountains as well as canoe and explore the Amazon River headwaters - all the while being immersed in the South American, Incan and Amazonian indigenous cultures in and around the Quito region.

*2023 PROGRAM* IBARRA, ECUADOR - This program allows second year occupational therapy students the opportunity to replace their traditional fieldwork course with a cultural immersion experience in Ecuador.

*2024 PROGRAM* San Salvador, El Salvador & Lake Atitlán, Guatemala - This program will expose students to the rich cultures of El Salvador & Guatemala, expanding their awareness of issues of social justice, peace and human rights as they relate to social work in Central America.
