  • The earliest you can go abroad is the summer of your first year.
  • Students may fulfill General Education Foundation and Issues requirements abroad
  • There are a variety of research opportunities at international Field Schools available to Geology students.
  • Due to the timing of geology courses offered at GVSU, make sure you meet with your faculty advisor to plan fitting a semester abroad into your schedule.
  • Consider fulfilling your Issues General Education requirement abroad. Find out how!
