EUSA: PRAGUE INTERNSHIP COST BREAKDOWN

The following is an estimated cost of attendance for the PRAGUE EUSA Internship in the Czech Republice. Students often pay for study abroad through a combination of financial aid, personal funds, scholarships, grants, and alternative loans. The total amount listed as the Total Program Cost is the maximum amount of financial aid that can be awarded to you by GVSU for your study abroad program. This total program cost does not reflect the amount of aid you will qualify for, rather, it serves as the cap on what can be awarded.

*Tuition based on 2021-2022 upper-level instate tuition rates. Out-of-state and Graduate students will pay thier respective tuition rates.

Paid to Grand Valley State University Student Accounts by the regular tuition payment deadline.

Students can register for 1 credit or up to 6 credits for this program. 3 credits is the typical enrollment.

Program Fee

Includes: 

•        Internship placement and support services

•        Eight weeks of housing in student residences

•        Online pre-departure orientation

•        5-day Orientation in Prague

•        4-week internship component:

- Internship placement and support services
- Coaching and trouble-shooting during the placement
- Mid-term review and final evaluation

•        On-site program management and emergency support

•        Cultural exploration activities

•        Airport pick-up

•        Third party liability insurance for each student

Chubb Health Insurance

The Chubb health insurance plan is mandatory for all study abroad students. 

*A $100 deposit is due at the time of application plus a $5 processing fee. Applicants submit a deposit to indicate their commitment to the program. This deposit is applied to the program fee.
