About Us

At Grand Valley, we believe that leadership isn’t a title, it’s a mindset. Our staff is dedicated to supporting students at every stage of their leadership journey, whether you’re just beginning to explore your potential or have been leading in your community for years.

We’re excited to walk alongside you as you discover what leadership looks like for you. Leadership starts right where you are, and it’s never too early or too late to step into it. Our team is here to connect you with meaningful opportunities on campus, provide tools and guidance, and learn alongside you as we build a community of Lakers who lead with authenticity and purpose.

Together, we can create a campus culture where every student feels empowered to lead, laugh, and belong.
