Ignite Fall 2026 RSVP Form

Each individual attending Ignite Fall 2026 must complete this RSVP form. 

Please select the date you are available for the whole time. If you arrive late or leave early we will be unable to give you credit for attendance. Note that the event will start at 3:30 p.m. with our main room training that includes: Office of Student Life overview, LakerLink Updates, Policy Updates, and mandatory trainings. Doors will open at 3:15 p.m. to accommodate time to get name tags. All attendees MUST RSVP individually. DO NOT RSVP as a group. 

***Club Sports and Graduate Organizations should not attend Ignite as the training WILL NOT apply to your organizations operations.

ReIgnite Date Selection

Session Selection

Sessions for Ignite include:

  • Funding Training
    • This session will provide funding training for Undergraduate, non-club sport organizations. It will provide attendees with the Finance Wizard Badge (required for all funding requests to be reviewed) and an overview of funding guidelines. 
  • Marketing Your organization/events
    • This session will provide advice on marketing your organization and organization hosted events to students utilizing resources offered by the Office of Student Life and Promotions Office.
  • LakerLink Help
    • This session will give an overview of everything you can accomplish with LakerLink for your organization, from posting events to managing your organization page/roster.
  • Event + Collaboration Planning
    • This session will go over how to plan on-campus events (specifically in Kirkhof/Cook Dewitt Center) including how to collaborate, who are your contacts, what policies you should follow, and marketing of your event.
  • Recruitment & Retention
    • This session will give you tools to recruit and retain members in your organization successfully. 





















You will receive an email on October 5 with make-up session information. Your organization will be UNLINKED on LakerLink, meaning it is ineligible for funding, room reservations, and other student organization benefits & privileges until completing the make-up session.  

The Office of Student Life is hosting a Student Organization Center (Kirkhof Center 0008) open house following Ignite from 5:30-6:30 p.m.. This is a great space to ask clarifying questions and have support in accessing resources presented at Ignite. We will be providing free food and a free headshot photobooth.
