Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of
achieving full potential. How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I actively pursue my wellness by making it a habit to reflect on what I am currently doing and what I need to add to increase my wellness. This involves watching videos, reading books and having conversations about my health and what my goals are to achieve optimal health and wellness in my life.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
During the days I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I like to engage in relaxing activities. I find peace in taking care of myself whether that be my skin, my body, or my environment. I think it is important to take myself out of the situation that is stressing me and find an activity that I find relaxing. I enjoy going outside to get fresh air and a change of scenery as well.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
The way I feel mentally and physically when I am at my healthiest is what motivates me to be well and strive to stay healthy. I feel happier and overall more inclined to be productive when I take care of my health and wellness.
