Description
This workshop is designed around the practice of meditation. This is a busy and stressful time of year for many of us. We could all use some time to slow down and just breathe. Meditation is an open opportunity to break through the patterns and preconceptions of how things should be and allows for simply being in the moment.From this perspective we can see things as they are and live in a more relaxed way with full attention on the present. Take a night for yourself to free your mind and open your awareness!
