6:15pm with Madison

Feel the energy and groove to the beat in this exciting NEW line dancing class! No partner? No problem. Move to a mix of pop and country hits, get your heart pumping, and have a blast. Perfect for all skill levels—dance, laugh, and let the good times roll!

Tuesday

5:00pm with Amelia 

Location: Instructional Fitness Studio (IFS)

Join Amelia for a fun, full-body workout! We will practice a variety of movements that aim to target each muscle group, utilizing dumbbells, TRX straps, resistance bands, and more! With a positive and encouraging environment, participants will strive for personal successes and leave feeling empowered!

This is an introductory cycling class experience designed to help riders gain confidence with bike setup, learn correct movement and mechanics for riding, understand intensity, and give an overview of common cycle class myths. The class includes a lower intensity ride.

If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing yoga class to wind down in the evening, then this class is for you! We will go through a series of postures/flows intended to increase strength and flexibility while simultaneously releasing stress.

7:15pm with Ava

Get ready to move and groove with a high-energy cardio blast! We're turning up the heat with a mix of Latin, Hip Hop, African, Bollywood, Reggaeton, and more! Expect a killer combo of high and low intensity moves that can all be modified for any fitness level. The class is all about fun and high energy. Let's get this dance party started!!!!
