Volunteer Information
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Science Olympiad!
The Regional Tournament will be held SATURDAY, MARCH 23, 2024 on the GVSU Allendale campus.
DATES/TIMES
Shifts run from 7:30 am until 4:30 p.m. You may sign up for part or all of day.
ASSIGNMENTS
Position may involve: helping with specific science events, or general tasks (such as information booths, check in table, and impounding).
If you are a parent of a high school competitor (division C) you may NOT sign up to help in a division C event. The same applies to division B parents. Thank you.
On the day of the tournament, please check in at the volunteer desk in the lobby near 1179 Kindschi Hall or 308 Padnos Hall, and you will be given your volunteer button and directed to your assignment.
Safety
Volunteers must be 18 years or older. All volunteers will be asked to agree to our assumption of risk at the time of registration, and abide by the university COVID-19 and Adult Conduct protocols during the tournament.

You will be directed to the Michigan Science Olympiad site.
You will see the available roles and times needed and then choose where you would like to help.
Parking on campus will be in lots F, G, and H.
