Region 12 Tournament Registration Update

HEAD COACHES: This year you will have to register with the state & pay registration fees using their new system. We will still have the Regional & State fees combined so you do not have to pay twice on two different platforms. However, You MUST still register with Avogadro to participate in the region 12 tournament.
Please note, your registration will not be finalized until you get confirmation from the state that you are registered.

Team Registration/Cost

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Registration for the 2025-2026 regionals & state will take place using a new system. This system still allows you to register and pay for both your regional and state/national tournament fees at the same time. Coaches will still need to register their team on Avogadro before they will receive a registration confirmation.

COST TO PARTICIPATE:

  • State/National registration fees are $275 for a primary team and $135 for an alternate team.
  • Region 12 registration fees are $60 for each competing team (primary/alternate).
  • There is a $25 fee if you need to pay by check. Credit card payments have no extra charge.
  • There is a late payment fee of $100 if registration is not completed by December 19, 2025.
  • Registration is not complete until payment is received & confirmation of registration is received from the state.

Funds may be used to support registration fees, transportation, and team supplies. If you meet this criteria, we invite you to fill out an application for this Team Scholarship Opportunity.
